It would be very helpful if you can bring some blood tests or medical studies, in order to be able to adapt the dietary recommendations.

With the help of a tape measure (like the one in our online store), WE WILL SEE YOUR WEIGHT, HEIGHT, WAIST AND HIP CIRCUMFERENCE.

In 2 to 5 days, you will have the delivery of :

• RECOMMENDED SUPPLEMENTATION (if needed)

• BODY ANALYSIS (anthropometry or basic measurements)

• PURCHASE LIST (and where to get it)

• NUTRITION EDUCATION MATERIAL

In the following nutritional review meetings, we will assess dietary understanding, physical and emotional sensations, and address learning issues:

• Reading Nutrition Facts on products

• Recipes to make at home

• Daily strategies 

• Managing frustration and other complexities in maintaining healthy habits

• Ongoing nutrition education (nutrients, vitamins and minerals as needed).

Reviews can be done weekly or every few days or months, depending on your goals and accessibility. It is recommended not to space it too much in order not to lose the rhythm at the beginning. Once discharged or having reached the goals, an annual check-up can be done with analysis, food record and body analysis.
